Shipping Policy

• We ship your fish using FedEx right to your door. Usually arriving between Noon and 4pm the day you have chosen.
• Dry goods are shipped using priority mail through USPS. All dry goods will be shipped within 48 hours of being ordered.
• Shipping quotes and arrangements can be made by email, phone or fax.
• All shipments are carefully packaged for each season using both, heat packs or ice packs to keep the water temperature perfect for the individual fish.
• We also use pure oxygen in the bag to ensure the oxygen levels in the water are well maintained during transit.
• To help some fish with travel, bag buddies are used. This helps to keep fish calm and water oxygenated.
• It is not recommended that you put any water that shipped with your fish, into your tank. Fish should be slowly acclimated to your tank water and temperature.

For large orders we offer airport to airport shipping if you should want. These requests will need to be called in order to arrange for shipment. Airport to Airport charges will be paid by the buyer.

We Ship Monday through Thursday except holidays. There is an additional $20 charge to have a shipment arrive on Saturday.
