Return Policy
- The fish in your order are guaranteed to arrive alive.
- In the event of a loss during transit we will refund the money paid for the fish or offer a double store credit on the fish that one can use on purchases in the future. We will need a picture of the fish in the original shipment bag with in two hours of shipments arrival for the refund or double credit to take place.
- We also guarantee our fish for one week from the time of arrival. In the event of a loss during this first week we will grant you 100% store credit on the price of the actual fish that will be to be applied to your next order.
- We do not refund the cost of shipping on our live products.
- Dry Goods are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase.
- We will need to have the item returned to The Fish Hub before we will refund or replace the product. Shipment to us will be covered by the purchaser and will be refunded after the products have arrived and been inspected for fault.
- If the product is to be replaced will pay for the shipping on that item alone. If any other item is added to the order the standard shipping price will apply for those items.
